Our Heart for Our Community
At Living Word Ministries, we believe the Church is called to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Our mission extends beyond the walls of our church as we seek to love our neighbors, serve those in need, and share the hope of Christ through practical acts of compassion and faithful outreach.
Whether meeting physical needs, offering encouragement, or proclaiming the Gospel, our desire is to reflect the heart of Jesus and be a light within the community God has entrusted to us.
How We Serve

Neighborhood Outreach
Throughout the year, we serve families across our community through seasonal outreach initiatives that create opportunities to encourage, support, and share the love of Christ. These include back-to-school events, holiday outreach, Christmas celebrations, and other community initiatives that bring hope to local families.

Nursing Home Ministry
Our nursing home ministry provides opportunities to encourage senior adults through worship, prayer, fellowship, and the hope found in God's Word. We believe every person deserves to be seen, loved, and reminded of God's faithfulness.

Prison Ministry
We believe no one is beyond the reach of God's grace. Through prison ministry, we proclaim the Gospel, teach God's Word, pray with those who are incarcerated, and encourage lasting hope through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Battered Women & Children Ministry
We partner with local shelters to serve women and children experiencing difficult circumstances by providing practical support, prayer, encouragement, and the compassionate love of Jesus Christ.
Our Church
We believe every believer has a role to play in serving others. Whether participating in outreach events, volunteering within one of our community ministries, or supporting local initiatives, every act of service becomes an opportunity to demonstrate the love of Christ and make a lasting difference.
